Currently, Nursing assistants in some Emergency Departments work under Band 2 pay and do more clinical work than they are paid for.
Do you think that they should be paid Band 3 or management should get rid of this role from department and employ more nurses.
It is proposed that Nursing assistants should get paid for their skills accordingly.
